Inside Sales & Office Manager

About the Role

 
Zero-Error Systems (ZES) is seeking a systems-oriented Inside Sales & Office Manager to oversee customer relationship management and office administration functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the incumbent will leverage business systems to strengthen the existing customer support framework, enhance reporting capabilities, streamline processes, and partner closely with senior stakeholders and customers to drive operational excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Customer Relationship Management

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through ongoing communication, effective follow-up, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, managing existing accounts, and supporting the overall sales efforts of the company.

 

Maintain Sales Records through Power BI and Odoo system

  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity in the system, customer interactions, and other important data to help inform decisions and improve overall sales performance.

 

Order Processing

  • Raise Purchase Order and work closely with customers on orders to ship.

 

Delivery Schedule

  • Monitor and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time deliveries.

 

Office Administration

  • Provide office administration support and administrative support to all depts, including pantry requirements.

 

Projects

  • Undertake projects and duties assigned by the CEO that can include slide deck preparation, meeting and travel arrangements, and other tasks assigned by the management.

 
Authorities

  • Responsible for managing inside sales interface between customer and sales and marketing.
  • Interface with engineering and Sales and Marketing and customer representatives concerning problems with delivery and schedules. Develop and assure effective corrective action implementation.
  • Manage office logistics including supporting CEO on meeting, travel arrangements, etc.

 
Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related qualifications with more than 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service or related similar role, preferably within the semiconductor and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software including Power BI and Odoo systems would be advantageous.
  • Handle office administration for a small office setup.
  • Exposure to custom clearance and international shipment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • System-savvy, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment both as a leader as well as team player.
  • Candidates who could start work within short notice are preferred.
